Lydia! Back from Fiji!

It was simply amazing, beautiful and sadly enough, devastating.

It wasn't until i flew into Fiji that i saw the full extent of the flooding, very very sad and the ride from the airport to the resort was even harder to look at. People were drinking water from the puddles which are full of diseases and bugs.

So, i think i'm going to save up about $200 and give it to Nadi Flooding relief.

I'm pissed of actually, about the Hot Buy's prices i mean, is it necessary for everything to be so expensive!!? Like, the dress, it was beautiful but was it really worth $14? I've been trying to fix a problem with my computer (I am a bit of a computer whizz)
I'm going through some family troubles.
I haven't been able to sleep because of the heat.
I can't use photoshop to make my magazine OR the banners bree asked me to make, so, I've pretty much been avoiding blogger, I feel bad for not posting, so I'm here, but until everything has calmed down, I'm afraid that if I do post, it wont be much, and I'm sorry about that.

Slumber party theme: Holy Sheeet i'm tired of it! I'm sick of seeing those dumb pink pyjamas and the bunny ears. Honestly! I cant take it anymore!!! And i didn't even want to try and find an outfit that would go with the Pick of the Day because it was too bloody ugly! Who wears kimonos to bed anyway?

Eclipse: Twilight speaking, Sofia (my sister) had friends over last night and they were talking about twilight and one of her friends said 'Tomorow i'm going to order eclipse from the bookshop' then sofia just had to say 'Oh its alright, lydia has eclipse I'm sure she will let you borrow it.'
And being the nice person i said 'Um yeah! Of course, but do you mind if i finish it first'

The other day, Stardoll released an Olsen jacket which caused some comotion with people who try and collect 'rares'.
And yesterday the clothes above, were released. I remember how much i wanted that jacket and i couldn't wait for my starpoint reward so i could get it. But, it sadly disapeared and some people called it a 'rare'
And the shorts; my absolute favourite pair of shorts on Stardoll.



And the new segment: Outfit of The Day, which is something i do on my own blog that shows outfits you can wear with the Pick of The Day. Bree has asked me to post them on this blog, so i will!

Make a Magazine!
I'm not being a copy-cat, I've wanted to do this ever since I first saw Style_Magazine, but I've never had the guts to, or the experience.
So the other day I made a test cover, to see if my graphics were good enough, sure I'm no Style_magazine or WriteMaryCat, but I really want to make a mag
It's coming out in February, and here is a Teaser of Shimmer Magazine

(no that it not the full Cover, just the CG, I didn't want to give anything away!) It was SO hard to find a name, because all the names were taken that I thought of, so I searched in the stardoll 'find freinds' and I found someone, but they have been planing to make Their Shimmer magazine for a while now, and it hasn't happened, so, first in first served.
